Many people have been downloading the Budd cartoons from the Budd Life site and using them extensively in presentations. That's great! The Budd cartoons combined with simple messages really can help you to make you point in clear and memorable way. We started printing calendars using the cartoons but now produce lots of other material such as the minibooks and posters. We're planning notepads and other ways of getting the important topics of great customer experiences and dumb things out into the industry.
