Voice Analysts analyse Voices looking at the categorisation, the detailed description and other content provided.

Having identified Voices of similar type, they aggregate them to so called Issues. The Issues then contain all assigned voices with accumulated scores. After assigning all related Voices, the Issue gets assigned to the responsible Business Owner.
