Who is Budd?

We help clients with their customer experiences. Our mission is “how do we stop doing dumb things to our customers and our people?”

What do we do?

We take great processes from great companies and develop them so that other companies can use them without reinventing the wheel – though sometimes it feels like every company wants to be a wheelwright ! Skyline and WOCAS are two such processes. At the heart of our approach is the fact that the customer and the frontline staff know most about what needs doing to improve the customer and people experiences.

The value of our processes is that they allow management to manage – decide, act & track - according to the customers priorities along with the normal metrics and financial information. Our processes allow companies to make their customer loop much faster and responsive. Our processes switch on the frontline staff because they are being listened to and they can see that in the processes. Our processes bring together the disparate noises from different voice of customer sources and make one big tune that’s easy to act on.
