HSBC in China, the financial services giant, had resourcing and rostering issues to address in their call centres.

Working with our Hong Kong based LimeBridge partner we introduced UK partner the Professional Planning Forum. The joint team was able to provide on site training courses using PPF’s best in class material and LimeBridge were able to train and set up coaching for their contact centre resourcing and team leader staff locally.
