Peter Massey

Peter Massey’s passion is “how do we stop doing dumb things to our customers and our people?”
In 2001 he co-founded Budd in the UK and LimeBridge in ten countries to further this passion through sharing best practices world wide. He facilitates a group of leading customer & people experience professionals in the “Chief Customer Officer” Forum in order to move forward this passion in the UK.

Peter writes widely in the trade press, chairs and speaks at many conferences in the UK, Europe, the US and Asia. He was a co-founder of the European Contact Centre Awards, has been a judge of the CCA Awards and Online Finance Awards, but now concentrates on the Professional Planning Forum Innovation Awards.

Peter is a serial entrepreneur who has built and run a series of 4 businesses in customer relationships, contact management, operations and programme management over the last 20 years, working with clients across all sectors. He describes Budd’s business model as “co-creation” with clients & their customers, with colleagues globally in LimeBridge and with CCO groups in the UK, Australia and the US. Budd's focus is implementing "The Best Service Is No Service" processes, now a book written by his former Amazon colleague and co-founder of LimeBridge.
