David Naylor

David Naylor is an experienced programme manager and business architect with extensive knowledge of the customer management market. He has worked with clients in financial services, media, airline and telecommunications industries, as well as outsourcers.

He is widely published within the UK and in Australia, where he worked for several years. He has spoken at and chaired numerous conferences in Europe and Asia Pacific on business and technology solutions in support of customer management. He has a PhD in artificial intelligence. His passion is to help businesses realise the benefits of simple technologies with complicated sales pitches. He claims to be the world's worst customer! In his spare time is often found behind a camera or walking with his wife and three children.
