Wanted: Your cartoons!
If you've been lucky enough to receive a Budd calendar for the last 2 years then you've have seen a great selection of amusing and often 'too close for comfort' situations we see in businesses today. Handling customers has never been easy but championing the cause of the customer inside your business is much harder!
These cartoons were the brainchild of our Australian colleague David Jaffe and he has worked hard to maintain a great standard. But we think it's time to give David a rest and get the people who see these situations day to day to come up with the next batch.
How it works
It's very simple. You describe the idea in an email, we'll review it and get our cartoon artist to sketch the best ones. Just describe an amusing situation that includes dumb things related broadly to customer service. It can be from your point of view as a customer or as someone in the industry. We look forward to bringing it to life.
If we use you're idea you'll be credited when we use the cartoon. This time next year you could be looking at your cartoon on the next Budd calendar sat on your desk (and the desk of everyone around your office!).
