The criteria:

WHO?

  • Be in love with our mission and be committed in your business to “how do we stop doing dumb things to our customers and our people”
  • Be a passionate, open, sharing, intelligent, contributing individual
  • The kind of people who want to socialise

WHY?

  • Share, for the sanity of customers and staff

WHAT?

  • Move the dial in your company and industry

HOW?

  • By invitation

The process:

  • Be recommended or be known
  • An informal chat by phone or in person
  • Come to a meeting
  • Be invited to join permanently

The nominal fee to cover costs is £5k per annum per member. Members can bring relevant guests from their own company from time to time.
