The criteria:

- Be in love with our mission and be committed in your business to “how do we stop doing dumb things to our customers and our people”
- Be a passionate, open, sharing, intelligent, contributing individual
- The kind of people who want to socialise
WHY?
- Share, for the sanity of customers and staff
WHAT?
- Move the dial in your company and industry
HOW?
- By invitation
The process:
- Be recommended or be known
- An informal chat by phone or in person
- Come to a meeting
- Be invited to join permanently
The nominal fee to cover costs is £5k per annum per member. Members can bring relevant guests from their own company from time to time.
